Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger

Ever since C showed me a homemade video clip of Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger, I am addicted to this song. So simple yet extremely catchy. The video clip is even more amazing. So amazing that I ripped it and put it into my PSP to share. I like sharing good stuff hence I'm sharing it here as well.

The next video is an a cappella version of the song! At first I was thinking, how on earth do you do an a cappella rendition of this song. They managed to pull it off pretty nicely. I like.

Signs of Addiction

Remember how I said Patapon is highly addictive? Well I think it has gone to a whole new level of addiction. Even I got scared when I realised it. This post should serve as a Patapon addiction test. For the betterment of Patapon players.

Conversing in GMail.

Sam:
What did you do to the hubby! He speaks naught but of Patapon now!

Me:
Pata-pata I didn't do anything pon.
Pata-pata He sent me weird sms last night pon.
Pata-pata Luckily I didn't wake up to it pon.
Chaka-chaka Or else I'll be screaming at him pon.

Sam:
Pata-pata I saw the SMS pon.
Pata-pata He was humming it even in bed pon.
Pata-pata You should see him playing it pon.
Chaka-chaka He nods his head at every beat pon.

Me:
Pon-pon Tell me he doesn't shake his head pon.
Pon-pon That is so disturbing chaka.
Don-dondon Take it away from him don.

Sam:
Pon-pon Didn't need to take away pon.
Pon-pon Because just as he was tapping the drums chaka.
Don-dondon The battery died and he started wailing don.

Rehab anyone?

I didn't think so.

To Wong Foo

We used to play this game introduced by La Faghag back in the freshman days. She'll name several actors and we'll have to guess the movie (or is it the other way round?). It was fun but it was such a brainer and knowing me and my ability to remember names, I sucked in the game.

See if you guys can draw the connection between these three actors, circa 1995: Wesley Snipes (Blade), Patrick Swayze (One Last Dance) and John Leguizamo (Ice Age).

Hint.

Its a comedy about three drag queens.

The answer is:

To Wong Foo Thanks For Everything, Julie Newmar.

Oh work it girl!

Ancient movie I know but I just only gotten around to watching it. Shockingly, it is being shared in my campus network. I am so totally in love with this movie! The three of them did such fabulous job acting as drag queens! Very convincing act.

I am most impressed with Wesley Snipes, the man from Blade. A manly, macho and beefy guy in dresses and man did he work those dresses. He's got the black girl attitude to go with it too. Her name, Noxeema Jackson. Everything about her spells D.I.V.A. I love that girl.

Noxeema: When a straight man puts on a dress and goes on a sexual kick he is a transvestite. When a man is a woman trapped in a man's body and has a little operation he is a Transsexual. When a gay man has way too much fashion sense for one gender he is a drag queen. And when a tired little Latin boy puts on a dress, he is simply a boy in a dress!

Oh work it girl work it.

Then you have the upper class classic chic girl Patrick Swayze, Vida Boheme. See her and you'll think of Bree Van de Kamp. She's the prim and proper type of girl and she's sort of a senior of the three of them.

And the last of the three, Chi Chi Rodriguez the little pinata. She talks a lot and I mean a lot. She goes on and on and on yapping away like those Spanish dramas but she's hilarious!

Chi Chi: I got a million dream lovers for every light on Broadway. When one of them goes out I just screw in another one, you know, hello good-bye.

The basic plot is about the adventures of these three girls in a small town called Syndersville after their car broke down halfway driving to Hollywood.

I've watched it three times already. I love it. You should so totally watch it if you haven't.

You know you love me.

I Have A (few) Dream(s)

Inspired by Slender Faghag's post, I decided to rip it and write my own post about my dreams. I have several dreams in my mind (believe it or not, I'm not always clouded with salacious thoughts) and why not blog them out. Let see, I'll just type them out as they come.

A Condo Unit.
I'd like to own a place of my own. A condo unit overseeing the city. Duplex unit would be a perk but I would imagine it'll cost me more than just a pair of arms and legs... The kitchen is my favourite place of the entire house. My kitchen will be complete with all sorts of kitchen stuff and hopefully I'll have my cooking skills up to par with Nigella Lawson by then. Ah there's just so many details to sort out. I shall wait till I actually have one then I'll crack my head.

A Mini Cooper.
I love those Mini Coopers! They're small but they look so hawt and chic! It always catches my eye when a guy drives it. I'll start drooling if he's good looking and this has happened countless times. Vrooom vrooom, wanna hitch a ride?

Oooo a Mini.

Apple Machine.
I love white electronic gadgets and there's only one brand that makes a perfectly fabulous white electronic gadgets, Apple. Though the one that I want isn't white but grey from the aluminum enclosure. It is the 30" Cinema Display and Mac G5. I really love my computers. High speed, high storage capacity, brilliant display capabilities, awesome looking, big screen and wicked sound system.

Nice big screen.

Travel Round The Globe.
I have sailed the world
beheld its wonders
from the dardinells,
to the mountains of Peru,
But there's no place like London!

I love travelling. Visit new places, experience new experiences, a myriad of food, different cultures and all sorts of people. I'm also addicted to flying. I love flying. I'd rather not list down the places I want to go, there's just too many.

Meanwhile, I can't wait for my Bangkok trip with the gang!

Bangkok, here I come!

I shall stop here with my list for now. I'll probably post more when I can think of more.

Till then.

You know you love me.

Look Who Just Joined the Neighbourhood

I am proud to announce the new comer into the blogsphere, Slender Faghag, also known as Christine (oh how glam girl!). Apparently she's been contemplating and writing some draft posts here and there, totally not paying attention during classes. Her blog entitled The Mouth Marathon is still under construction but she's already started posting.

I am tempted to say many dirty things with regards to the title. So many sexual connotations can be coined from that and not to mention all the sexual fantasies related to the bodily orifice, The Mouth. But I shall digress before she goes anal on me (hehehehe another word that can be associated with sex).

But in the realm of mouth marathon, she's definitely an Olympic Gold Medalist. So talks a lot, almost like a latino woman scolding the useless husband. How appropriate to have a blog that resembles so much to the author. Heheheh.

Anyway, welcome Slender Faghag. Don't be like La Faghag, leaving the blog unattended for about a year now. Shame on her. Have fun while you're at it. My fellow queers do give her blog a visit or two.

So now I have Slender Faghag, Twin Faghag and Silent Faghag as active bloggers. I love my faghags and blogging is so fun!

Do You Jump?

Apparently Hayden Christensen does and mighty handsome while he's at it too. I never really paid much attention to him when he was in Star Wars but he's actually quite a looker. I like. And his got a nice body to boot too. Not too bulky but just nice.

My roomie and I had a queer's night out and decided to catch Jumper. Its sad that there's very limited choices of movies being screened. So Jumper had to do and I was rather keen on watching it anyways.

That's a nice tagline.

Watch it we did. Like it we did not.

The movie started off well but as a whole, it was a total bummer. It's by the same director of The Bourne Identity and Mr. & Mrs. Smith (both brilliant movies) but the story was lacking a clear and defined plot and substance. It left us wondering.

What are Jumpers?

How did Jumpers came to be?

What are the Paladins?

Every explanation was too brief and I didn't feel connected with the characters or the plot.

There's one possibly positive note about this movie (besides Hayden's lovely body) is that it's very scenic. Jumpers jump anywhere they want as long as they have a visualization of it. So lots of scenic places like Rome to London to some dessert somewhere.

For me the movie was "meh". Nothing to rave about really.

Nip Tucking

Ah finally its done! Stupid campus internet connection. It was transferring data on a glacial pace... Almost 12 hours or more hunting for Blogger templates and editing tedious HTML Codes. I am utterly pleased with the facelift though I am still annoyed with the internet connection...

I do hope the new template will resolve any loading issue that the previous template was causing.

The template was taken from here. I love it. Its clean, simple yet there's an air of chic in it. Colour scheme is very nice and luckily I have a photo to use for the banner that matches the green.

I'd like to thank Sam for making it. I couldn't figure out the font to use. So why not just hand it to the expert to do it eh? Splendid job with the banner Sam.

I think this template should keep me satisfied for awhile.

Now I am extremely tired and could use a good shoulder and neck massage (oh hell make it a full body massage) right about now.

Work Work...

Managed to muster my will to put down my PSP. Patapon is just so bloody addictive. Every waking moment and every last bit of battery is spent playing Patapon. It doesn't help that I don't seem to have the drive to do work for my final semester either. I just wanna get it over and done with.

So last night after a long mano-a-mano talk with my Patapon-obsessed-thumb (yes I'm blaming it on my thumb), I put down the PSP and did my Final Year Design Project with my roomie. Its a bloody boring and annoying project. Design a freaking plant.

Arrrgh.

The amount of stress I went through last semester was enough to make my scalp fertile for more grey hair to grow. I'm still busy harvesting those grey hair.

*sob sob

Hmmm, so what am I suppose to do with the heater?

That's part of the schematic of my plant. Its no fun at all. Worst of all, we'll have to present this to panel of evaluators who are from the industry itself. My plant had a certainty of 110% that it's gonna blow up. The presentation session might just turn bloody and teary...

Hence I'm so not going to work in an engineering firm or designing plants. Its just too theoretical. I like to get my hands dirty and see things for my own eyes. Most probably I'd work in the field. Hands-on work.

I'm hoping so much to land a Field Engineer position in my dream company.

P.S: Is it just me or is Rat rat looking like a real rat day by day?

I am such a sucker for dramas, bitchy girls and good looking boys. Ahh those good looking boys. Thankfully, I have a new source for all that. My new addiction! Give you a hint, its a tv series.

Can you guess it?

Its Gossip Girl!

Its like The OC but way more classy and chic. The boys here are way better looking too. I love the boys. Boys boys boys!

The rich and famous.

Lets have a runthrough of who's who in the show. Far left, we have a Negro-Harujuku Girl, then there's the Mean Girl, the Newbie Girl, the Oriental-Harujuku Girl and the Pretty Girl. I absolutely adore the Mean Girl and the Pretty Girl.

And then we have the boys, my favourite. Dan Humphrey, Nate Archibald and Chuck Bass. I can't seem to choose a favourite nor can I ever get enough of them. Dan the Cute Genius Boy, Nate the Pretty Boy and Chuck the Player Boy.

I'm Smokin'

I absolutely love to dress up. There's no occasion that I won't spend the time thinking of what to wear and groom myself to perfection. Narcissistic I know but I love myself too much to look plain.

An opportunity to dress up (like I need a reason to dress up) arose yesterday. I was the Table Topic Master for my class Toastmaster's Meeting. I'm taking Professional Communicating Skills this semester you see. My job was to present a topic to talk about and get the class to discuss about it.

Hawt pink tie and white shirt.

So there I was standing in front of the class and looking hawt! Presented my topic on the upcoming election to the class and it was a good discussion.

Did I mention I was smoking hawt?

I may have gone a little trigger happy on the MMS of me in that outfit. Heheheh. I love MMS.

I need more hawt clothes!

Seriously?!

I really hate my campus connection. Sucks big time. Its farking slow and bans many sites. It sort of really pissed me off today. So I took screen shots of the banned screen.

Screen 1.

Since when Urban Dictionary is considered as tasteless and offensive. WTF is tasteless?! Geeez... Its a farking dictionary for goodness sake!

Tasteless and Offensive?!

Screen 2.

I can't bloody access Calvin's blog because its Adult/Sexually Explicit. So what if its Adult/Sexually Explicit. I'm going to be farking 23 years old! I am a farking adult and I have sexual needs you retarted administrator! Needless to say I can't access XTube too... Arrrrgh.

Adult/Sexually Explicit... SO?!

Screen 3.

They even bloody banned a profile site similar to Friendster on the grounds of Chat... WTF! Who bans site cause its catagorized as chat?! Bloody hell...

Chat is the reason to ban?!

Its like a mini China going on in here. WTF! So much for freedom of thinking. Let us decide what we site we want to open. So what if its a porn site? I don't see what's wrong with getting people to wank more often.

And worst of all, I can't use MSN! Arrrrgh... Where's the bloody unreliable TMNet WIFI?! I don't understand why is it so hard to keep WIFI working! Maybe I should go down to IT Department and give a piece of my mind ala Miranda Priestly. It would go like this:

Me: I don't understand why is it so difficult to keep the WIFI going.
IT: I'm sorry but...
Me: Details of your incompetent do not interest me. I want it working yesterday. Is it impossible to have a reliable working WIFI? Am I reaching for the stars here? Not really. *pout lips, glare, turn head and walk away

Breakup

Sigh. I really don't like breakups. They're so emotionally draining and devastating to a person on so many levels. Its always a sad thing to hear it, even sadder to go through it. I wish that couples who are really in love with each other don't have to go through it but that's just false hope and naive thinking.

No its not me breaking up with McDave or vice versa. We're doing relatively well. After Valentine's Day, my love for him grew stronger and after knowing he's going through some problems at work, I'll stand by him and give my support.

But upon hearing the news of Lance and Sam, my heart broke in to pieces and the memories of the pain and suffering I went through when McDave called it off resurfaced. The worst part is, I couldn't do anything for them because I dislike meddling other people's affair. In fact, I knew this was coming several days before the actual breakup but to me it was something they have to sort themselves.

So I kept my silence.

I did my level best to give advise to Sam of the situation and talked it through with Lance but I myself am not a seasoned person when it comes to this sort of matter. I remember myself listening to people's advise but it wouldn't sink it. Not because I wasn't listening but because I couldn't accept the situation. All relationships are different anyways so there's only so much anyone else can do.

Breakup is not a good thing nor is it a bad thing either. Its just a breakup.

So Sam, give your best shot. Gambate!

Really Now...

I got this really annoying and stupid email. How can people fall for this is beyond me. They should know better to think that people don't just go around giving out money, Christian or not...

Dearest in Lord,

My name is Mrs Richain Luis nationality of Kuwait. I am married to late Mr James Luis who worked with Kuwait embassy in IvoryCoast for nine years before he died in the year Octorber 2006. We were married for twenty years with a child. He died after a the illness that lasted for long four days. Before his death we were both born again Christians. When my late husband was alive we deposited the sum of $7 Million (seven Million U.S. Dollars) with one of good banks here in Cote d'Ivoire. Presently, this money is still with the bank. Recently my Doctor told me that I would not last for the next three months due to my cancer problem. Though what disturbs me most is my stroke.

Having known my condition I decided to donate this fund to church or better still a Christian individual that will utilize this money the way I am going to instruct here in, I want a person or church that will use this fund to churches, orphanages, research centres and widows propagating the word of God and to ensure that the house of God is maintained. The Bible made us to understand that blessed is the hand that giveth. I took this decision because I have a child that will inherit this money but my son can not carry out this work only because i and my late husband decide to use some of the money to work for God and live some for our son Dennis to have a better live.

Our son is just 19 year old now and been grow up in africa, he had low mentality and my husband´s relatives are not Christians and I don´t want my family hard earned money to be misused by unbelievers. I don't want a situation where this money will be used in an ungodly manner. Hence the reason for taking this bold decision.I am not afraid of death hence I know where I am going to. I know that I am going to be in the bosom of the Lord. Exodus 14 VS 14 says that the lord will fight my case and I shall hold my peace. I want your telephone communication in this regard because of my health because of the presence of my family relatives around me always, I don't want any of my husband family relatives to recieve this money. With God all things are possible.

As soon as I receive your reply I shall give you the contact of the Finance/bank. I will also issue you a letter of authority that will empower you as the new beneficiary of this fund. I want you and the church to always pray for me because the lord is my shepherd. My happiness is that I live a life of a worthy Christian. Whoever that wants to serve the Lord must serve him in spirit and truth. Please always be prayerful all through your life. Any delay in your reply will give me room in sourcing for a church or Christian individual for this same purpose. Please assure me that you will act accordingly as I stated here. Expecting to hearing from you on this private, mailbox.

Remain blessed in the name of the Lord.

Mrs Richain Luis

I thought that their child died?

Misused by unbelievers?

A Lovely Surprise

I found myself stumped trying to write this post. I'm still recovering from the shock when La Faghag called me down and gave me a little paperbag from McDave. Very sweet of him.

This was what in the little paperbag.

Oooo silver.

Sweet message: Lion, I love you.

Where's the other half?

Love you much McDave. I love the necklace. When I get back, I'd like to see the other half which you're wearing.

Quirky Online Stuff

Then again back in the days, internet was a quirky way of communicating. Who needs type while we can talk over the phone. They probably rather write and mail it by snail mail. Those were the days.

Today though, I'd like to share some of the fun things to do online. Starting with an online boardgame Carcassonne. I fell in love with it the first time Janvier brought it over for our gaming session. Then he tells me there's the online version of it! Its called Toulouse. Now I am addicted to it...

Carcassonne!

Another online game that C introduced me to is Storm Wind. This too is a very highly addictive game and I know Janvier is hooked on it too. I just finished the unpaid missions. I want more!

Fire fire fire!

Go have fun and give it a try.

Ever gotten a binary message that you need decode? I know I've never gotten such message. But if you do, here is a wonderful place to decode that binary message.

Guess what does this means:

Final webpage I wanna share with you guys is Vixy. Vixy is an awesome online FLV converter. Want a copy of that YouTube, go to Vixy. Just paste the YouTube and you're done. Brilliant little thing and thanks to Sam for introducing the site to me.

I guess this has to happen at least once in your lifetime. Typing a wrong message into the wrong chat. It just had to happen when I was eating KFC, chatting with my Ex and conference chatting with others.

All was fine until this happened...

Holy Mother

Gotta hand it to the Japanese. They can do practically anything. From the rebuilding of their war torned nation to a developed nation to planning on their very own space programme. They sure work hard at everything.

And who says the Japanese can't play hard too.

It's so hilarious seeing the looks on their faces. Imagine you're one of them. I'd probably freak!

Almost There But Not Quite...

It is that time again. Trip back to the Mystical Notroh Woods. It sure was fun being back in civilization and meeting up with fellow fags and non fags. Thank goodness we started the journey early and you'll see why I say so.

We left at about eleven from SS14 after a heavy late breakfast / early lunch. I was suppose to keep La Faghag company but I fell asleep (I'm such a bad co driver). I did wake up occasionally just to check on her and fell back asleep.

Everything was well until we heard a sound. It sounded like a tire burst. I told La Faghag to keep going until we reach a rest stop but the temperature gauge kept rising and immediately we stopped on the emergency lane. We saw some smoke coming out of the hood and got a little worried. Not much but still visible.

As we stopped on the emergency lane, we were hassled by a "private" company with their own tow trucks and workshop. The bugger kept telling us no one will come, not even the highway patrol and bla bla bla. Even wanted to charge us RM 150 to tow to the nearest toll exit which was about 15 km away... Trying to make a quick buck and con us. He even took back the name card that he gave us and left. The cheek this guy had...

Anyhow, highway patrol came to the rescue shortly after that incident. They were really nice and took care of everything. Towed the car to the nearest exit. Never get help from those "private" companies. Never know what they'll do to your car once it reaches their workshop just to make a quick buck.

Instead, call PLUSLINE 1 800 88 0000. They'll tow your car to the nearest exit and from there try and find your own foreman from friends. They'll know what to do. But of course, deperate times you'll need desperate measures. Just be extra careful.

PLUS tow truck.

Here we are being towed.

Once we reach the exit, we got hold of another tow truck to tow to our friend's neighbour's workshop. It was fun being towed. Kinda like a super mini roller coaster ride or a small alien mothership.

Second leg of the tow.

Didn't take that long to reach the workshop.

Workshop.

The foreman popped the hood and found the cause of it.

Under the hood of La Faghag's car.

It was a pipe that burst. Unknown cause. Old pipe or overheating, whichever, its busted. What an unfortunate event.

A burst pipe...

Called my roomie to fetch us from the workshop. He came, we transferred out luggages and left. Poor La Faghag is without her wheels for a few days. Repairs might just cost her an arm and a leg.

I Couldn't Help Myself...

Since some of the bloggers complained about my shopping saying that it so not me. So I decided to go on a last minute shopping. Though they don't involve clothes. I can't buy clothes myself. I need FaMa Foundation for that.

I bought myself a pair of CK Thong, Suntaning lotion, Durex lubricant, three packets of condoms and a wallet from Topman.

Is this even considered shopping?

I had to get the CK Thong. My fingers were itching to get it. They were still on sale anyways. So there goes RM 15. I'm still thinking of getting the hipster but its RM 40...

As for the lubricant? I just felt like getting it. Dry wanks are getting boring and I foresee many wanks coming up in my final leg of my university. Tonnes of work looming on the horizon. As they say, work hard, play hard.

I love Topman wallets. They're awesome! I love this wallet. Its slim, sleek and have a shiny cover. Lots of compartments for cards (like I have that many VIP cards to begin with) and has no coin slots, which I like.

Watson was having sale and I got my suntaning lotion there. 25% off! I like this lotion. Doesn't feel like I have something disgusting on my skin.

The three packets of condom were really an impulse buy. Its too pretty not to buy. But pretty comes with a price. It was RM 11.88. Almost RM 4 for a condom! Expensive! But its pretty...

Now this is what I call a lovebox.

Just look at it. Pretty tin can for the condoms. Its so cute cause it almost looks like a first aid kit with that 'plus' sign.

Three packets of condom in a tin can.

It comes in many designs too. Retro stripes, flower motives and lots more. Click here to check it out.

Will And Grace?

Day 2 of Rat Rat's Year was a little more exciting but a little scary for La Faghag. I know I had a blast and enjoyed the situation. You know me, I love little dramas and little misunderstandings (only when its little).

My parents decided that my brother, my godparents and my two nephews should follow me to visit La Faghag's house. Yes, its the whole entourage from my side of the family meeting her side of the family.

*evil grin

Somewhere, somehow my godparents came to the conclusion that La Faghag is my girlfriend. I didn't pay much attention to it since they're Dutch and maybe they meant it literally a girl who's my friend. Then came the topic of Valentine and how I should get La Faghag a present.

Uh no...

They were going on about what a nice family La Faghag has and what a wonderful girl she is. My parents were there the whole time mind you. I'm not sure what my mom was thinking hearing this since she knows I'm queer and I have no idea what my dad was thinking since he doesn't know I'm queer.

Oh yes! This is hilarious!

I think La Faghag might as well just prepare tea for the tea ceremony. Hehehe. We're as good as married. Poor La Faghag. She's gonna end up a spinster being around me. Maybe we should get together and have fabulous kids! My good genes and her good genes will make fabulous children the world has yet to see!

Then again, maybe not. Its so Will & Grace...

Day 1 of Rat Year

Yey! Happy Rat Rat's Year everyone! One year zoomed by so quickly and I'm going to be 23 real soon (I see fine LINES!). Well no matter, I shall embrace it and let's see what 2008 will be like for me.

Every Lunar New Year, my family will go down to Melaka and visit my dad's relatives. I'm not really fond of them really. All those pretentious family member, dramas that could even rival Gossip Girl (imagine that...) and they give pathetic red packets. Hardly justifies the time, petrol and toll money.

But I do like my dad's sister. She's nice and very loving. Last year we went to her place and had lunch. This year we did the same too. I love this particular dish that she makes, pork with black fungus cooked in black sauce. Its delicious I tell you! She even gave me seconds when I finished a huge slab of pork (I hear my arteries clanging...).

Look at em dishes!

It was a simple lunch but it was yummy!

After that was the usual rounding of the relatives around Melaka. Just smile, wish them happy new year, speak only when spoken to and everything will be fine.

Once all that were done, we head to Capitol Satay Celup. This is a must for me. I have to have satay celup when I'm down in Melaka. Its uniquely Melaka and can only be found in Melaka.

This is the life.

We were there at 5:30 evening and already the place was packed. Then queue started to form along the side of the street. Such a road hazard. I'm surprised there's no road kill yet. But I guess its worth the risk.

So that was my Rat Rat's Year.

How was yours?

Wall E

Just got around to watching Wall E trailer. I know, it was so last year but what can I say... I love Pixar! They're a genius when it comes to animation and this is their last production with Disney. I am thoroughly excited!

From what I gather its about a robot, the last of its kind left on Earth to clean up the pollution. Its a super adorable robot and apparently, there's no dialog in this movie. Imagine that. They managed to pull it off with the trailer. I wonder if its true.

Here are the two trailers.

And here's a cute little promo of Wall E.

Oh I so can't wait to watch it!

The Eye

I love watching movies. Movie outings are awesome with the a group of friends. Well karaokes too. Anyhow, I watched The Eye recently and despite the horrible movie reviews, I love it!

I've not watched the original so I can't make a comparison. The plot is straightforward. Blind girl had eye transplant to restore her vision and that's when all hell breaks lose. She started seeing weird and scary things.

I think Jessica Alba was pretty good in the movie. Convincing act as a blind girl and as a semi lunatic girl going around hunting for who the donor was. I love her a lot ever since Dark Angel. Not to mention she's stunning too.

The movie as a whole is bloody scary! I think I nearly broke Alex's arm on several occasions throughout the movie. Thanks for the arm Alex. I'm such a coward I know but what can I say.

Go watch it for a good scare. Well, it was for me.

Royal Selangor Tour

I found a little gem of a tourist attraction in my backyard, the Royal Selangor factory. I've always passed by the place but never went into it before until now. Every visitors will be accompanied by a guide and the one we got was really friendly.

Upon entering the place, we were brought to this mini museum about the development of the pewter business in Malaysia during the 1800s. Its quite interesting and there are lots of pretty stuff there too.

After that, it was into the heart of the factory, the assembly lines.

Entrance to the factory.

The place is quite large and we got to see them work upclose and even tried out some of the things they do there.

Checkout the inside.

The process of making pewter starts by melting it at 250 degree Celsius and pour it into a mold to get the basic shape.

Molten pewter.

Then it will be polished till the surface shines and smoothen out the sharp edges.

Polishing station.

More polishing is done with the dental-polishing-machine looking tool.

Look at the Rat rats!

Some of the pewter stuff have rows and rows of little circle dents. These were done by hammering the pewter. Takes them 6 months to train how to hammer it uniformly and evently. I can't even draw a straightline properly let alone hammering circles in a straightline.

Hammering station.

As it turned out, Selberan is a subsidiary of Royal Selangor. I love Selberan. They make really nice fine jewelry. Very pricy too. We saw a guy in there setting a small diamond onto a ring. Fascinating.

Fine jewelry, Selberan.

The tour didn't take long. Only about 20 minutes tops. After the tour, its shopping time! All the pewter stuff you can find. I don't think its any cheaper than the ones they have outside but it sure is fun to see how they made it.

Biggest ass pewter mug in the world.

Everybody Loves Sales!

I finally went out with mom to do my shopping! Managed to buy the things that I wanted though I would like to get a few more items. Its never enough is it? Especially with the sales that's going on.

Top priority in my shopping list is a new pair of shoes, specifically any of the Adidas Superstar. I've always wanted to get one but its farking expensive. I'm really happy with this pair. Love the colours and how it's a little bling. Though there was one other pair that I love as well. Its all white but the stripes were dark blue. So nice but pity there's no size...

These shoes are made for walking...

Then I got a stripe shirt from Seed. Super hawt and fits my body just nice. Best of all, its 'S' sized! I can wear 'S' from Seed! Happy happy joy joy. Topman is having this promotion, two pairs of shirt for RM 168. I'm tempted to get them, one black with white stripes and the other white with some coloured stripes.

Stripe is the new black bitch!.

Next item on the list is a pair of shorts. I am in desperate need of another because I wear them quite often. I can't always wear my Banana Republic shorts. I want them to last. Hence, a new pair of shorts from Padini Authentics.

Oh and I can wear size 30!

Lovely shorts.

I want another pair of shorts from Seed as well. Its really nice. Its brown-ish green with stripes (yes I love my stripes).

And lastly, why not get something prosperous for the new year to wear? Got two pairs of t-shirts from Giordano. White t-shirts with some fish prints on the middle and red t-shirt with silver dragon prints on the side. I just realised the white shirt is very revealing and sheer. My tits literally stick out!

Prosperity Set?

So that's all I got from this shopping trip.

I'm still thinking of that Topman shirts and Seed sh
